• All bookings must be made through our official booking system or directly with Sweat & Reset staff.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings remain unaffected.
• Gift vouchers, promotions, or discounts must be applied at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session are non‑refundable.
• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other guests.
• Sweat & Reset reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, maintenance, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date

To ensure a safe environment for all guests:

You must not use the sauna if you:

• Are pregnant (unless cleared by a medical professional)
• Have cardiovascular issues, respiratory conditions, or uncontrolled high/low blood pressure
• Are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs
• Have a fever, infection, or contagious illness
• Have any medical condition that may be affected by heat exposure

If unsure, please consult a healthcare professional before attending.

• Guests must be 18+ 

• You use the sauna at your own risk.
• Stay hydrated and listen to your body.
• Leave the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, unwell, or uncomfortable.

To maintain a respectful, relaxing environment:

• Please follow all guidance from Sweat & Reset staff.
• Swimwear must be worn unless attending a designated naturist session.
• No alcohol, drugs, or disruptive behaviour.
• Phones and cameras must not be used inside the sauna unless permitted.
• Please respect other guests’ privacy and personal space.

Sweat & Reset reserves the right to remove any guest who behaves inappropriately or breaches these terms, without refund.

• You are responsible for your own belongings at all times.
• Sweat & Reset accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

Our sauna operates in most weather conditions. However:

• Sessions may be paused or cancelled in extreme weather for safety reasons.
• Outdoor surfaces may be slippery; please take care when moving around the site.

• Sweat & Reset is not liable for injuries, health issues, or accidents arising from misuse of the sauna or failure to follow safety guidance.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for negligence resulting in death or personal injury.

• We only collect information necessary for bookings and communication.
• Your data is handled securely and never shared with third parties except where required for service delivery.
• By booking, you consent to receiving essential updates about your session.

Sweat & Reset may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies.

Please read carefully. By attending a Sweat & Reset session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

I understand that sauna use involves exposure to high heat, which may pose risks including (but not limited to) dehydration, dizziness, fainting, burns, increased heart rate, and aggravation of existing medical conditions. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or discomfort that may occur.

By attending, I confirm that:

• I am in good physical health and able to safely use a sauna.
• I do not have any medical condition that may be affected by heat exposure, including but not limited to: cardiovascular issues, respiratory conditions, high or low blood pressure, circulatory problems, fever, infection, or any condition for which heat is contraindicated.
• I am not under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or impairing medication.
• If pregnant, I have consulted a medical professional and have been advised that sauna use is safe for me.
• I will listen to my body and leave the sauna immediately if I feel unwell.

I understand that Sweat & Reset staff are not medical professionals and cannot assess my fitness for sauna use.

I agree to:

• Stay hydrated before, during, and after my session.
• Follow all safety instructions provided by Sweat & Reset staff.
• Use the facilities responsibly and with respect for myself, others, and the equipment.
• Accept full responsibility for my own wellbeing during the session.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Sweat & Reset, its owners, staff, volunteers, and partners from any and all liability for:

• Injury, illness, or health complications arising from sauna use
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Accidents occurring on the premises, except where caused by proven negligence

This waiver does not limit liability for negligence resulting in death or personal injury, as protected under UK law.

I understand that:

• Photography inside the sauna is not permitted unless explicitly agreed by all present.
• Any optional photos taken outside the sauna will only be used with my consent.

I agree to behave respectfully and understand that Sweat & Reset may remove any guest who behaves inappropriately, disruptively, or unsafely, without refund.
